About the event

What we do:

Though we value the fun competition and the progression of skills, our focus is on building solid, fundamental archery skills and teaching students foundational biblical principles in a fun and safe environment. Through a series of multiple class sessions, students progress through increasing level of archery skills training.

After the first session, what’s next?

After the first Beginners session, students can continue into the Novice session, then Intermediate, and finally, the Advanced. In the spirit of fun and community, students may have an opportunity to participate in local tournaments throughout the HisPins™ experience.

Safety:

HisPins™ teaches all instructors in accordance with the national range procedures established by USA Archery. Our classes are structured to ensure that students learn basic commands and procedures for operating on a range safely. Throughout its long history in recreational sports, archery ranks as one of the safest activities offered in any organized group setting.

The Equipment:

We have carefully chosen the PSE Discovery II as the official HisPins™ compound bow, which is a universal draw length bow. Most bows purchased at a retailer are size specific to an individual archer, but a universal draw length bow fits people of most strengths and sizes.
